years ago, carrom (also
known as carom or karum) is
a popular indoor game played
worldwide. An interesting
combination of pool, marbles
and air hockey, the game is
played on a square wooden
carrom board with four corner
pockets. The objective is to
collect points by sinking the
carrom coins into the pockets
by flicking a striker.
