Payment Methods We accept payments by all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and Google Checkout. All card payments are processed in British Pounds only. For orders in an alternative currency, the equivalent Pound Sterling amount is charged as per the prevailing exchange rate.

Availability & Delivery All orders are usually despatched within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery within the United Kingdom takes about two working days, while overseas delivery takes upto 10 working days. If an item is out of stock, we shall advise you by email with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.

Complaints Please email sales@valuezone.co.uk if you are not happy with our service for any reason. We shall deal with your complaint promptly, acknowledge your complaint within two working days and keep you informed during our complaints procedure.

Cancellation & Returns Valuezone is dedicated to your complete satisfaction. Faulty goods shall be fully refunded and we shall reimburse the return shipping. We shall refund the cost of non-faulty goods (excluding shipping) provided the items are returned in their original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
